Application Review
All applications are reviewed using the same resident selection criteria. The review may include verification of income and assets, landlord references, and standard background screening for household members age 18 or older, in accordance with applicable laws and program requirements.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult age 18 or older is required at the time of application.
